Cancellation & No Show Policy

Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the chance to receive our services.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all online bookings. The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation notice requirements:

  • Cosmetic Tattoo appointments:
    A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • All other services:
    A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation fees:

  • More than the required notice period (48 hours for tattoos / 24 hours for other services):
    Your deposit will be transferred to a credit on your account to use towards a future appointment.
  • Within 24 hours of your appointment:
    A 50% cancellation fee of the booked service applies and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows (this includes rescheduling):
    These are treated as no-shows and the full appointment fee (100%) applies, as the appointment cannot be re-filled.

All cancellations and no-show fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full pre-payment for future bookings or may result in refusal of service.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business, and we appreciate your understanding and respect our time.
