Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive our services.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your online booking. The deposit you make will go towards your payment total on the day.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge fee for that appointment booked and the deposit will be lost.
Only one reschedule is allowed, after that the deposit will be lost and you will need to make a new booking online.

'No shows' will incur a 100% charge fee for that appointment booked. This will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce this policy.
