These terms and conditions govern any transaction between The Beauty Chambers Limited and our (you) customers.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and include GST (15% sales tax)
- All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason
- We take a 20% deposit to secure each booking. This deposit goes towards your transaction on the day
- The 20% deposit is fully refundable with more than 24 hours notice, should you need to change or cancel your booking
- No shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the 20% deposit
- Cancellation of complimentary or prepaid appointments (including but not limited to prizes, promotional exchanges or voucher/loyalty redemptions) with less than 48 hours notice will result in the appointment being void
- Receive a $15 voucher for every friend you refer to The Beauty Chambers
- You will receive a voucher after your friend has had their first service at The Beauty Chambers
- Cannot be redeemed on products, vouchers or specials
- Cannot be shared with any other client
- Can be redeemed on any service at The Beauty Chambers
- Show voucher to redeem discount - no voucher, no discount
- Our vouchers are available for specific services or dollar amounts
- Vouchers have a 6 month expiry
- No shows with vouchers will be deemed void and cannot be used in future
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed on specials, discounts or products
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
We care about your privacy, all of your information is stored safely and is strictly confidential.
If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) you purchased, you can return them to us within 30 days from the date of purchase by mail to 430a Ellerslie Panmure Highway, Auckland, New Zealand 1060 or by bringing the item(s) into our salon with your online receipt as proof of purchase. If your return is accepted you will receive a full refund or store credit.
